Flyover Pelangi
This bridge was inaugurated on January 24, 2017 by Vice President Jusuf Kalla. It is located in the Antapani region. The construction of the bridge was initiated as a plan to break the messy knot of congestion which was quite severe in the area due to multiple intersections. This bridge was then used as a canvas of a large mural by Bandung artist John Martono. By the locals, this bridge became known as the “rainbow flyover” because of the mural.
Jembatan ini diresmikan pada tanggal 24 Januari 2017 oleh Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla. Ia terletak di wilayah Antapani. Pembangunan jembatan dibangun untuk memecahkan simpul kemacetan yang cukup parah di wilayah tersebut akibat persimpangan yang berlipat. Jembatan ini kemudian direspon dengan mural besar oleh seniman asal Bandung, John Martono. Oleh warga, jembatan ini kemudian dikenal sebagai ‘flyover pelangi’ berkat keberadaan mural.
